Before You Ship

Caring for Your Flowers

  • On the day of your event
    Handle gently — avoid touching petals and don’t toss the bouquet if possible.
  • Do NOT refrigerate or freeze
    Cold temperatures cause rapid wilting and mold, making preservation impossible.
  • Keep in fresh water
    Place stems in water overnight and ship within 4 days of the event.
  • Already dried flowers? No problem.
    We preserve previously dried flowers too — just ensure no mold is present.

After Delivery

Caring for Your Resin Piece

  • Wipe with a soft, dry cloth
    Avoid abrasive cleaners or paper towels which can scratch the surface.
  • Limit direct sunlight
    Our UV-resistant formula extends color vibrancy — but avoid prolonged sun exposure.
  • Keep away from heat sources
    Avoid placing near radiators, fireplaces, or in a hot car for extended periods.
  • Display with pride
